Protecting You & Your Family

The Allenton Volunteer Fire Department operates out of one station protecting a mix of rural and residential properties with a small amount of commercial and light industrial developments. We provide both fire and EMS services. Our EMS service is licensed at the Advanced-EMT level.

In 2023, the department responded to 307 calls. 82% of the total calls were for EMS services. There are 40 Active members, 28 of who are licensed as either an Advanced-EMT, EMT-Basic, or First Responder (EMR).

On July 20, 1907, the residents of Allenton signed the agreement that started the Allenton Volunteer Fire Department. Today, the Allenton Volunteer Fire Department provides fire protection and EMS services to Allenton and portions of the Town of Addison, Town of West Bend, Town of Herman, and the Town of Wayne in Washington and Dodge County.

Apparatuses include one type 1 engine, one 75' quint, a walk-in heavy rescue, two 2000-gallon type 2 tactical tenders, an ALS ambulance, two command/personnel transport vehicles, and a UTV equipped with tracks.

Allenton, WI is 25 miles northwest of Milwaukee, WI on US HWY 41 at STH 33.
